Frequently Asked Questions

Our recommended age is 7 to adult as we use full size single foam mattresses making them suitable for any age. Children under the age of 7 do require full supervision at all times.
No all of our lighting is LED operated and does not require power outlets. Additional batteries will be supplied as back up.
Set ups for a party of 5 will require between 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on access. Please allow more time for bigger set ups
A $100 cash bond is required on the day of your event prior to setup. This bond will be refunded upon collection providing no damage has been incurred.
Each teepee tent requires 1.1 meters in width by 1.8 in length without a tray or 2.2 meters with a tray. Trays can be placed on the mattress and removed by the host prior to bed time. All our teepee are 1.2 meters high.
All bedding is hygienically laundered after every party and all non washable items are wiped with hospital grade disinfectant. A $30 fee per item will be charged upon pick up for excessively soiled laundry, if items remain stained after being laundered replacement costs may apply. In the case of excessive soiling your bond will be held until the laundry process has been completed.

Our Teepee tents are designed for indoor use only.
Providing the teepees are not exposed to weather we can provide an inflatable mattress option as our foam mattress are strictly for indoor use only. Any weather damage will incur replacement costs payable upon pick up.
All breakages will have to be paid for upon party collection.
We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure booking dates and themes.
A $100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date and theme. No bookings will be guaranteed until a deposit has be received.
